I am no longer accepting new clients at this time. Spots may come available in September, contact me to be added to the wait-list. Stay safe everyone!
Thank you for your interest in connecting. Unfortunately, I am not accepting any more clients for remote counselling at this time. If you live outside of the lower mainland and would like to be considered for the wait-list, please contact me.
Please share any information you think may be helpful. What has motivated you to seek counselling?
Not surprisingly, research consistently shows that the quality of the relationship between the therapist and client is one of the primary predictors of client progress in counselling. A referral from a professional or friend can be helpful, but no therapist, no matter how skilled and likeable they are, can have success with every client they encounter.
When it comes to the effectiveness of any therapy, the most important factor is the relationship between you and your counsellor. Choosing a therapist who feels like the right fit for you is a crucial first step toward the change you want to make.
Therefore, it is important for both the client and therapist to determine whether this goodness-of-fit is present and to act accordingly if it is not. Occasionally people need to contact a few health professionals to find the services they need, don't give up!
Please review my website, feel free to ask questions in your message or during our session, or set up a free 20 min phone consultation.

Crisis Counselling Services
At this time, I am not set up to provide crisis intervention and response to the public.
If you require counselling support on an urgent basis, I encourage you to search for a counsellor with more availability.
You may want to ask a trusted friend, family member or health professional for a recommendation or search directories such as CounsellingBC or BCACC to find private counsellors in Metro Vancouver.
If you are in crisis and need immediate assistance, please contact one or several of the following, depending on where you live and your circumstances:
